Associate Professor Dr. Tuğba Falay Gür began her career in dermatology with a strong foundation, graduating from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2010. After completing her specialty training at Istanbul Training and Research Hospital, she gained international experience in 2013 as an observer at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. Dr. Falay Gür fulfilled her mandatory service at Gümüşhane Kelkit State Hospital between 2015 and 2017 and later worked at Istanbul Sultan Abdülhamid Han Training and Research Hospital.

Throughout her professional life, Dr. Falay Gür has been involved in numerous scientific studies and has authored a total of 30 articles. Her work has been published in national and international journals, receiving 300 citations. These academic achievements earned her the title of Associate Professor in 2022.
